Fitness Tracker is a personal fitness-tracking app operated by Leo Felcianas. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact dfanso@pm.me.
Information we collect
- Google account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see or store your Google password.
- Fitness data you enter. Body weight entries, workouts and sets (weights and reps), workout plans, and any notes you add.
- Technical data. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, plus standard request logs (such as IP address and timestamps) retained briefly for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- Store your fitness data and show it back to you.
- Operate, secure, and improve the app.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the app: it is hosted on Cloudflare (application hosting, database, and request logging), and exercise demo images are loaded from the jsDelivr CDN. These providers process data only to provide their part of the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We only request basic profile and email information, and we use it solely to identify your account and sign you in.
Data storage and retention
Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing dfanso@pm.me.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to maintain your signed-in session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
